This is my normal exercise routine.

I do 3 sets of 20 pushups, 3 sets of some kind of ab exercise (situp, crunch, mason), and 3 sets of chin-ups - usually 10, 5, 5.

Mostly early morning. If I miss the routine I will go for the extra mile on jogging in the evening.
